Please apply for a Chinese visa from your home country or nearest Chinese embassy. For further information, please visit chinses embassy website or there is a pravite Chinese VISA service company www.mychinavisa.com.
Tip
Do not mention to Tibet when you apply Chinese VISA at any Chinese consulate.
If you apply please download the newest application version. It has 4 pages. Chinese embassy site still has the older version with two pages. Do not use that, they will ask you use newest version with four pages. It will save one extra step.
